Second "Hobbit" film gets new name:...
The third film in the upcoming "Hobbit" movie trilogy will be released worldwide in July 2014, and the second film now has a new name.
The second film was originally titled The Hobbit: There and Back Again, but that name has instead been given to the third instalment, and the second movie will be called The Desolation of Smaug.
The first part of the trilogy, An Unexpected Journey, will open in December this year.
"The Hobbit" is the prequel to J.R.R. Tolkien's epic fantasy "The Lord of the Rings" which director Peter Jackson made into three Oscar-winning films about 10 years ago.
