injured super star Dan Carter in the All Blacks No 10 position for the 
rest of the Rugby World Cup knockout round. New Zealand plays Argentina 
in next week's quarter final. From there there are just two games 
between the 'favourites' and the Rugby World Cup crown being defended by
 the South African Springboks. The latter play the Australian Wallabies 
in their quarter final.
